Is anybody else feeling overwhelmed by the holidays? I keep buying presents for people! I bought a new camera to put in my Mom's stocking, and i'm beginning to realize her stocking isn't big enough for all the stuff I have for it. This also means I have to think of something else to stick in my Dad's stocking. He is the hardest person to buy for because he has no hobbies and has everything he could possibly want. Oh, I also bought my dog's a dog stroller. It was insanely discounted and my pug, Louie, has leg problems so he could use it when my over energized beagle needs to go for a long walk.

So I guess in addition to all the other projects i'm working on, i'll have to make my mom a new, cute, big christmas stocking. It's like everytime I check something off of my list of things to do, another something gets added!

yesterday was my sister's 21st birthday. She isn't much of a socializer so we had a pretty low key dinner at an irish restaurant followed by dessert (cannolis!) back at her place. The night ended rough though, as she got into a small car accident that broke off her passenger side mirror. It could have been worse but she got really emotional because our parents pay for her car (leased) and she's already gotten into 3 accidents in the last year.

Speaking of my sister, I've pretty much have everyone finished as far as christmas shopping goes, except her. She is usually the easiest person to shop for,but i've been having trouble finding things she would like. I've been looking at http://cafecartolina.blogspot.com/ all morning for inspirations, because I bought a little end table for her living room that I want to revamp so it looks worn/antiqued/beautiful. That blog has so many amazing things featured on it, I encourage everyone to take a look!
